For SAP LeanIX, Studio Excite creates international corporate event experiences that go far beyond traditional conference formats.
For the annual SAP LeanIX P&E Summit 2025, Studio Excite delivered a comprehensive three-day flagship event for 420 employees from around the world. Designed to strengthen alignment, collaboration and innovation across teams and regions, the summit combined strategic content, interactive formats and memorable shared experiences.
The agenda featured keynote sessions, client talks, a collaborative hackathon with a team challenge and dedicated award ceremony, as well as two evening events, one of them fully themed. Across all formats, the goal was to create an event journey that felt structured, engaging and inspiring for an international, tech-driven audience.
A central design element were two custom-built stage concepts, translating the event’s overarching motto into a strong visual identity. One of the most memorable highlights for the tech-savvy crowd was playing Mario Kart live on a 12-meter-wide LED screen during the second evening.
Studio Excite was responsible for the full scope of event management, overseeing all conceptual, technical and logistical aspects and ensuring seamless execution across multiple locations, formats and program elements.
